Join us for an evening of Spanish flare and flavors at the Sundown Spanish Tapas Reception at Omni PGA Fisco Resort. Set against the backdrop of our serene Mokara Spa poolside, live music from a Spanish guitarist will transport you to the streets of Spain.

This tapas reception includes a Signature Spanish Sangria welcome cocktail, as well as savory and sweet tapas. Guests can expect to taste Duck Confit Areopas (red chili, duck confit, Manchego cheese), Albondigas (beef and iberico bacon meatballs with oregano, green onion, and tomato), Pimientos Rellenos (mushroom stuffed peppadew peppers), Creme Catalan (vanilla custard with orange and caramel shell), and more!

Guests will also experience a tasting of three Spanish wines; Mar de Frades Albarino, Amore de Madre Reserve, and Numanthia Termes.

$60 per guest includes welcome cocktail, tapas, wine tasting, and gratuity. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Menu subject to change.
