The PGA of America, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, is an association of more than 30,000 trained male and female golf professionals dedicated to elevating and advancing the game for the enjoyment of everyone. These professionals work at on- and off-course golf facilities around the world and coach and teach millions how to play and enjoy golf and run the operations and manage golf facilities. In addition to the Ryder Cup, PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and Senior PGA Championship, the PGA of America hosts numerous member and amateur championships.

The PGA TOUR is an organization of tournament-playing professionals and organizer of professional golf tournaments throughout the U.S. The PGA TOUR is headquartered in Florida.

The PGA of America and PGA TOUR have been independent of one another since 1968.

The PGA of America is excited to bring championship golf to PGA Frisco. Upcoming championships include the 2025 and 2031 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, the 2027 and 2034 PGA Championship and the 2029 Senior PGA Championship.

General Information

The PGA of America office is a private building and is not open to the public.

The Driving Range is reserved for those that have a reserved tee time on Fields Ranch East or West. Learn more on how to book a tee-time here. *Range access is solely available on the same day as tee time.

Yes, putters and golf balls are available to rent for $5 at the Starter Hut. There is no cost to those that bring their own putter and golf balls.

The Dance Floor is a lighted 2-acre putting course that is one of the largest natural-grass putting course in the U.S. co designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling. Visit the PGA Frisco golf page for hours of operation.

PGA Frisco does not allow outside coolers, lawn chairs, professional photography, and non-golf sporting equipment.

Yes! Group and private lessons are available at the PGA of America Coaching Center. PGA of America Golf Professionals offer 1:1 lessons for golfers ages 13+ and skill levels, while group programming is available for beginners and avid golfers, as well as women and junior golfers.

The PGA of America Coaching Center powered by T-Mobile is a 12,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art training facility open to the public for golfers of all abilities. The two-story, 10 hitting bay facility offers:

Custom club fittings and a golf fitness studio round out the amenities available at the PGA Coaching Center. All lessons are led by PGA of America Professional Coaches. Book your lesson here.

Fields Ranch West is closed on Tuesday for routine maintenance.

 

Fields Ranch East is closed on Wednesdays for routine maintenance.

Guests of Fields Ranch can access the Driving Range, Warm-Up Putting Green, and Chipping Green for same-day use prior to their tee time. These practice facilities are not open to the general public for use.

Fields Ranch East is a walking-only experience with a caddy reservation required for each player. Carts are only available with an approved medical exemption. Any requests for a cart exemption on the East Course should be sent to [email protected]

Seasonal conditions may impact daily cart regulations on Fields Ranch West.
