Social Joy’s signature Zumba®-based dance fitness class is designed to boost your endurance, mood and confidence. The secret sauce is highly motivating music paired with fun and easy-to-follow choreography. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why this is called ‘exercise in disguise.’ All levels welcome! Class is taught by Social Joy founder and popular instructor Martha Palacios @fitwithmartha.
This FREE event will take place inside a ballroom at Omni PGA Frisco Resort. Complimentary valet is included in registration. All participants MUST register to participate.
Upon arrival at the resort, please follow directional signage to the sixth floor meeting space.
About the Instructor
Martha Palacios holds a Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is licensed to teach Zumba since 2015. She’s one of the most popular dance cardio instructors in Dallas and is known for teaching high-energy and inclusive classes for a variety of studios, companies, and events.
