Join us for an exclusive brisket smoking class at Ice House led by our PGA Frisco Pitmaster and culinary team. This class is perfect for BBQ enthusiasts looking to elevate their game-day feasts, just in time for football season!
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the secrets to smoking the perfect brisket from our expert Pitmaster, Rick Adamo. From selecting the right cut of meat to mastering the art of trimming, seasoning, and smoking, you'll gain valuable insights and techniques that will impress your friends and family all season long.
What to expect:
- A welcome signature drink or mocktail
- Overview and operation of our outdoor offset smoker and our new indoor smoker
- Explanation of the Ice House brisket spec and a demonstration on how to trim a Texas-style brisket for smoking
- In-depth review of smoking procedures including temperature, time, wrapping, and resting
- Tutorial on how to slice a brisket, highlighting the differences between moist (point) and lean (flat) cuts
- Opportunity to sample brisket straight off the smoker with three different styles of BBQ sauce
