Located between the Omni PGA Frisco Resort and the Home of the PGA of America, the Monument Realty PGA District is a one-of-a-kind community hub with limitless opportunities for fun.

Dedicated to growing interest and inclusion in golf, the Monument Realty PGA District is a destination for golfers and non-golfers alike. It offers practice, play and coaching opportunities for golfers of all skill levels, along with restaurants, bars, stores and play areas — all within walking distance.

Monument Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage based at The Star in Frisco, has partnered with the PGA of America and Omni PGA Frisco Resort as the official “Real Estate and Luxury Real Estate” partner of the PGA and title sponsor of the Monument Realty PGA District.

The Swing

Co-designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling, this lighted 10-hole, par-3 short course, welcomes friends and families of all skill levels. Golf club rentals and golf balls will be available for all visitors.

Hours of Operation:
Monday & Tuesday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.; course closes at 11 p.m.
Wednesday: 3 - 9 p.m.; courses closes at 11 p.m.
Thursday & Friday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. ; course closes at midnight
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.; course closes at midnight
Sunday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.; course closes at 10 p.m.

The Swing will be closed until 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 25 - Wednesday, May 1, for the PGA Professional Championship.

Green and Rental Fees

Ice House Hitting Bays

Practice your swing or challenge your friends at six live hitting bays inside Ice House, which overlooks the expansive Fields Ranch Practice Facility driving range. Featuring Toptracer technology, enjoy a fun, reinvented driving range experience.

Ice House hitting bays will be closed on Wednesday, April 24 - Wednesday, May 1, for he PGA Professional Championship.

The Dance Floor

Co-designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling, this lighted 2-acre putting course is one of the largest natural-grass putting courses in the U.S. Golfers and non-golfers alike can gather with friends and family, and even enjoy a beverage or ice cream cone. Putter rentals and golf balls will be available.

Putters and golf balls are available to rent for $5; there is no cost to putt around on The Dance Floor.

Lounge by Topgolf Simulation Experiences

Located in the PGA District, craft cocktails and locally curated dishes combine with industry-leading Topgolf Swing Suite technology and a variety of virtual games to create a fun, interactive experience.
