Get ready, Frisco! SESSION Pilates is coming and we’re celebrating the studio’s Frisco grand opening! Join us for a 50-minute music-based mat Pilates class led round-robin style with four SESSION instructors, including Founder and Owner Brittany Grignon! Vendors will also be in attendance offering local shopping and complimentary experiences.
Tickets are $15 and include a swag bag and your choice of mimosa or iced coffee following class. Plus, a portion of ticket sales will be used to benefit The Family Place. Learn more about The Family Place at familyplace.org.
Lunch and additional beverages are available from surrounding restaurants. Don’t forget your yoga mat, small towel, and water bottle for class.
First timer? No worries! This class is for all levels, beginner through advanced. Please note that this is an outdoor class.
