Travel back to 2021 when Japan's Hideki Matsuyama won the tournament with the "Matsuyama Poke," featuring arctic salmon, sticky rice, avocado, cucumber, ginger-soy dressing, sriracha kewpie, and tobiko. Guests can practice their swing in one of the simulators and even play some of the more famous courses on the PGA TOUR. Ryder Cup Grille
The most recent champion's dish, the "Rahm Paella," can be enjoyed at Ryder Cup Grille during lunch or dinner. Comprised of chorizo-saffron bomba rice, mussels, gulf shrimp, and English peas, this is the perfect dish to dig into after a round on Fields Ranch. Closest to the Pin Contest
After spending the days picking up swing tips and watching the pros drain putts, try your luck out on The Swing in a "closest to the hole" pin challenge. Each day (Thursday through Sunday), 10 guests will be awarded for hitting their tee shot closest to the flag. One prize per hole per day. Guests must register at the Starter Shack prior to teeing off; green fees not included in contest entry.
